In order for your business to qualify and set up a SeamlessChex or Paynote account we may request the following documents from you in order for your business to be verified and qualify.
1) Drivers License (most up to date & valid)
2) Prior Month's Bank Statement
3) Articles of Incorporation/Organization
4) Employer Identification Number (IRS generated)
5) Credit card on file
6) Proof of URL ownership (this can be done through GoDaddy)
7) 3 Months Most Recent Bank/Processing Statements
8) Deposit Services Agreement
These documents can be scanned, emailed and shared with SeamlessChex through our dashboard by selecting the left hand side of the menu for >Account and then clicking documents to upload the necessary documentation.
