I need to invoice a customer and collect funds through Paynote.
I consult this guide when I must initiate a payment request instead of waiting for the client to pay on their own.
To request a payment, log in to your Paynote Merchant Account
Step #1:
Click Debit from the left panel
Fill in client information and click Send Invoice
Click Confirm & Request Payment
That's it!
Your client will receive an email and be prompted to connect their bank to complete the payment. See the client flow here.
The payment will appear in Payment Requests. Here you can monitor Status. If this is a first time client, Status will remain "Unpaid" until the client follows the prompts in their email to complete the payment.
