Transaction Statuses

Transaction Statuses and Payment Flow:

1 - Unpaid - Customer hasn't confirmed transaction. No funds have been moved. 

2 - In process - Transaction pending export.

3 - Processing - Transaction scheduled for deposit.

4 - Paid - Successful transaction / Transfer Processed.

Other: 

On Hold - The transaction is awaiting manual review by the merchant. It will only continue if approved.

Void - Canceled transaction.

Failed - Payment returned - reason code provided. Reference return codes here. 

Declined - The transaction was blocked due to one of the following:

• Insufficient funds
• Unable to retrieve balance
• Bank or Customer risk (Plaid Signal)

Printed - Recipient printed the "check".

Expired - Payment past approved date.

Refund Pending - Refund processing.

Refunded - Refund successfully settled.

Refund Failed - Refund returned, not processed.
