Option 1 ) Open a New Bank Account
If you do not work with one of our partner banks, and you are unable to setup an in-network bank account in person, you can open up an account online.
Click on any of the banks in your State below to take you directly to the sign up page:
Chase (only available if you have an existing Chase bank account or credit card)
Option 2) Paynote - Verified ACH
If you do not wish to open a new bank account, we can still get you set up to receive verified ACH payments using your current bank.
The catch is that your customers will need to pay with their online bank login, so we can authenticate their account and confirm they have sufficient funds before submitting a payment to reduce returns.
This option also requires additional Underwriting - which may mean that we need at least 3-6 months of transactional history for your account.
If you like this option please sign up for Paynote.
Let me know if you would like to schedule a call to discuss.
Option 3) Traditional ACH
Great option for established merchants with at least 6 months processing history over $25,000/month.
Contact email@example.com for an application
Option 4) Use Your Existing Bank Account
Print and deposit the checks yourself the following ways:
- Mobile Check Deposit: Download your banks mobile app to your smartphone. Print on any paper, sign the back, and use the app to take a picture and deposit.
- RDC or ATM: Printed Checks can be cut to the size of a regular Check and inserted into a Remote Deposit Capture or an ATM to deposit the funds into your account. Ask you bank for a check scanner.
- Presenting it to a bank teller at a branch office: We strongly recommend printing on check paper when using this option but your checks are legally valid to be presented at the bank. However, bank tellers have varying experience and we cannot guarantee acceptance or the experience. Non-acceptance at bank counters is rare, but if it happens please use any of the alternate methods e.g. Deposit Online, Mobile phone deposit, ATM, etc.
