if you have any questions and require assistance with any payment made to a merchant using our service, you will need to contact that merchant directly. We are unable to provide you with any information pertaining to any payment that is being processed by any merchant on our platform.

Seamless Chex is a payment gateway similar to Authorize.Net. If there is an issue with the purchase you would have to contact the merchant or your bank. 

If you feel you were a victim of fraud, first contact your bank and let them know. Then, send an email to  [e-mail] and let us know what happened so we can investigate
