To add a customer and capture their bank authorization without a payment, log in to your Paynote Merchant Account
Step #1:
Click Customers from the left panel
Click blue button at the top "Add Customer & Authorize Bank Account"
Step #2:
Click the blue icon to Copy the link
Important Note: This link can be reused for any number of customers. You can store the link locally to have it handy for reuse in the future, or embed it on your site.
Step #3:
The link redirects to this page, to capture the Account Holder Name, Email, and Phone number.
The Account Holder (Customer) agrees to securely link their bank, and agrees to future payments being processed by clicking "Authorize".

You can generally monitor status of your customers as outlined here. You will now have the capability to direct debit any customers who you have captured bank authorization from.
