Manage your Customers - Customers Tab

To manage your customers; go to your Paynote dashboard and click Customers from the left panel.

Here you can see your list of customers that have completed bank connection; either by accepting or sending a payment, or by bank authorization link.

Customers marked with a green check can be debited or credited directly without reconnecting their bank account, and recurring payments can be scheduled.

For customers lacking a checkmark, they did not authorize future transactions, and bank connection via email link will be necessary.
