Manage your Customers - Customers Tab

• To manage your customers; go to your Paynote dashboard and click Customers from the left panel.
  • Here you can see your list of customers that have completed bank connection; either by accepting or sending a payment, or by bank authorization link.
• A green checkmark signifies that the customer has authorized future transactions.
  • Customers marked with a green check can be debited or credited directly without additional steps required from their end, and recurring payments can be scheduled.
• For customers lacking a checkmark, payment confirmation via email link will be necessary.
