Cancel a recurring payment via Paynote

Step #1: 

Go to your Paynote portal and click Recurring Payments from the left panel. You will see all existing recurring payments you have set up for your customers here. 

Step #2: 

Find the recurring payment you want to cancel. You can use the search bar to find the customer. 

Click the trash can to cancel the recurring payment. 

Step #3: 

Click Yes to confirm cancellation. 

That's it! 

You as well as the customer will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
