To request a payment, log in to your Paynote Merchant Account
Step #1:
Click Request a Payment from the left panel
Fill in client information and click Request Check
Click Confirm & Request Check
That's it!
Your client will receive an email and be prompted to connect their bank to complete the payment. See the client flow here.
The payment will appear in Payment Requests. Here you can monitor Status. If this is a first time client, Status will remain "Unpaid" until the client follows the prompts in their email to complete the payment.
